Are your Jerry Cans certified for fuel use?
Yes, all our cans are UN certified for transport of flammable liquids and fuels.
They are not approved for the US DOT or CARB for fuel use.
Would the cans be suited for water storage?
The cans will not be damaged by holding water, however they are not food safe, and therefore are not suitable potable water storage containers.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days of processing your order and depending on your location most items should be received within 5 business days from time of shipping. Products that were transferred through the CFC and have been approved are generally shipped within 2 business days of receipt of approval. We receive approvals from the CFC by email, mail and fax. If there are any issues, we will generally email you unless the CFC tells us that they are contacting you directly.
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days from the time of ordering though we are always working on shortening that delay of time. Some delays apply for transfer through the CFC for firearms from us to you. Some very infrequent delays may occur; for example if your order is large enough, we may arrange a truck for delivery which takes a bit of extra time or sometimes the product may be way back in behind other product in the warehouse and we may have to move everything to get to it, as much as we try to be prepared, it unfortunately does happen.
Please note that all orders, because of our industry, have to be manually processed, and thus are not automatically processed as like in most industries in e-commerce such as electronics, health products and clothing. Also, large sales and holidays will likely result in slight delays in processing and shipping but we will make every effort to see your order is delivered as soon as possible.
Order Status Updates
You will receive and email with status updates for your order every time there is a change in status. If you need to see the status update of your order, you can login to Jerrycanwarehouse to check the status in your customer account. We make every effort to ship your order within 3-5 days of receiving the order. In the case of restricted firearms, we ship within 3 business days of receiving the CFC transfer approval direct from the CFC. If you have not received your order within 10 business days of the time you placed the order, please feel free to contact us.
Do you take phone orders?
We do not take orders over the phone. However, if you need customer support we welcome your call at 1.866.960.0045.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Email Money Transfer. EMT instructions details will be emailed to you after the order is placed based on your selection.
Can I add to an order once it's been submitted?
No, you cannot edit an order once it has been placed.
Can I return items?
We are proud to offer a no-hassle 14 day return policy (within reason) from point of receipt of product. Please contact us by phone at 1.866.960.0045 or by email at info@jerrycanwarehouse.com to take use of this policy. Shipping costs for returns within 14 days are the customer’s responsibility. A full credit will be applied as long as the item is in working and reasonable physical condition. All refunds are done by cheque within 30 days.
If the item being returned is a firearm, it must be unfired all returned products must be in resellable condition.
Can I buy these at the store location in Pitt Meadows?
You are free to do so! However, delivery should be quite fast if you live that close!
